Our Impact and Summer News

🎢 Here comes the sun 🎢

This summer we are super excited to bring you our new IMPACT REPORT!

I am very proud of the 9Trees team, past and present! The impact report summarises all the work we have done since our inception in 2019 into a succinct PDF (down from an initial 50 page compendium created by Dornah)! This is perfect for you as an individual sponsor to show your family and friends and, even more so, your company or neighbouring landowners what we can achieve together and be a part of a community of change.

Below, you will also find festival fun, upcoming events, new testimonials and inspiring blogs to share!

- Michael Cunningham, MD

Showing off the goods! 🀩

Mike, 9Trees director, at an event

While we were at the How the Light Gets In festival, Michael got a chance to pose with all the new gear we acquired thanks to the Bribes Grant β€” spade, planting bag and gloves!

A very special thanks to our funders Sid & Celia

PS: Of course we don’t go planting with sandals on. That’d be silly!

Expanding to New Planting Locations

We are in process to confirm 6 new sites: Cornwall, Somerset, Greater Manchester, Wiltshire and more trees coming to Powys & Carmarthenshire

Fingers crossed 🀞🏼

We look after your trees for 50 years!

The 9Trees Team was at the Timber Festival 🎟️

We had a blast connecting with fellow nature lovers and sharing tree planting knowledge. We lead Tree ID walks and spoke to landowners and collected donations. We even had a marching band, it was nonstop fun!

Special thanks to Emily and Sam who helped Mike through the festival.

A quick word from our new Director Yzzy

Yzzy, 9Trees director, at event

We had an exciting start to the year at 9trees: We won 3 Awards! It is so rewarding to see all the hard work the team have been doing come to fruition and be recognised not only on a regional but a national level. We have high hopes for the remainder of the year and hope that our presence at festivals has helped spread the word of what we do and help build our brand. It's great to welcome the growing number of businesses allied with us as well as individual subscribers this year to the 9trees family!

Having stepped into the role of Director, I am excited to sow seeds and watch 9Trees blossom into a well established business.
